I am Michel Dos Santos, 33 years old and my love for football goes far behind just watching it on TV. It's a calling that runs deep —a force that shaped my values and inspired me to build something meaningful.

Football is more than a profession — it’s a passion, a path, and a personal journey. Behind every player is a young man or woman with dreams, a family cheering him/her  on, and a life shaped by choices made both on and off the pitch.

Football Family Agency was born from that understanding. Rooted in a deep love for the game and a strong sense of care, we exist to support the person behind the player. Not just through negotiations and contracts, but by offering guidance, protection, and mentorship throughout every stage of their career and life.

We believe in their talent, yes — but above all, we believe in their humanity. We walk with them through victories and setbacks, moments of clarity and confusion. Our goal is to create a safe space where they can truly be themselves, grow with confidence, and make decisions that reflect who they are.
